When connecting to www.dreamwine.com you agree with our terms of sales and agree to link with it. All order done is under responsability of the person writing it. The person must pay the shipping and this for any country in accordance with the forwarder's rules. These terms of sales are not applicable in Canada and in all countries (or States for the USA) where inside legislations do not authorize free importation of fine wines.

PRICES
Prices of wines is notified in Euro ( € ), EXCLUSIVE the shipping costs and subject to remaining unsold. Shipping is calculated according to your country. You are clearly informed of the amount to pay, the total amount indicated in your order confirmation is the definitive price. This price includes products, shipping, manutention and packing. Our prices are given as indications and can be modified without notification. Available quantities in stock limits. All order is submitted to confirmation by Dre@mwine e-mail and will be validated after verification of stocks only.

PAYMENT
Payments can be done by credit card with Paypal (securised payment SSL with www.paypal.com ).But bank transfer are possible after Dre@mwine agreement only. An invoice will be delivered with each order. The total value is asked when you order.
DELIVERY
Our deliveries are made by the postal service in most cases. By our forwarder for many bottles. The shipping costs are charged with each delivery. You must fill the case for shipping (consult us before to get the good value please). If you don't fill this case, we'll add the shipping costs to your invoice.
DELIVERY TIMES
You will receive an e-mail for your order with our confirmation. Delivery from 24 to 96 hours in France, and from 5 to 10 days for the rest of the world. This delivery time is just an indication .
SHIPPING
You must verify the merchandises state when receiving it, the forwarder can not oppose it. If there are damages, you should notice it with the delivery man and write anomalies on the receipt. You must signal us all delivery problems under 24 hours by e-mail. Wines travel at buyer's own risks. Dre@mwine couldn't be responsable about eventual problems or sheding on old bottles, wines leaving our warehouse in excellent state.
PROPERTY
You agree with the fact that the wines will be Dre@mwine 's property until the invoice is totally paid, in accordance with the May 12th of 1980 law and the January 25 th of 1985 law. In a dispute case, juridiction of Bordeaux is the only competent court.
QUALITY
We don't guarantee the quality of the old vintages. We will not be responsible in case of bad taste or corky taste during a wine tatsing with a bottle bought on this site.
